kyocera provides driver removal utility to completely remove its driver. you can find it in the installation CD or on kyocera websie.

You need to use the Kyocera Mita Admin Manager Quick Set up Utility, it can be downloaded from the Kyocera Mita US wbsite using the following link. http://usa.kyoceramita.com/americas/jsp/Kyocera/resource_details.jsp?pid=11912&rid=12930he

Download the utility and the wizard will run you through making the changes.
You can also go to http://kyoceramita.com/ and pick another country / region to download from.

ok... I am tech... and I had the same problem... you need to install the generic postscript driver then goto this ip address (http://localhost:631)and tune the driver... if not you will only print from tray 1 and only a4 paper size...
