Being able to turn the dryer on and off is inconsistent. I press the power button and the lights & display window will flash but not turn on. I have unplugged it, waited a few minutes and turned it back on (rebooting it) with inconsistent results.Being able to turn the dryer on and off is inconsistent. 136 fault is 'motor stall'...Quite often this is a broken wire to the motor. However it could also be a Motor fault, or Rotary Position Sensor problem. Water damage can cause this fault as well. After a visual check for broken wires or water damage, and if your machine is in good condition, you should consider a tech....Good luck...Nomess
fault code 136 is a hard one possible causes are faulty rotor speed sensor on motor, siezed bearings or rotor, motor windings ,or motor control module, would suggest you get a tech for this one to diagonse correctty ,without proper tools to test eg: rss tester you could cot yourself more money... hope this was some help....:)
Emptied washer, tipped it on its side, detached drainage pipes underneath, and pulled out old fabric/lint/blockage with tweezers. Plugged in, switched on, all good.
Fault 49 usually points to the cold inlet valve. I have come across many with this fault that the valve tests ok and it needs the motor controller replaced.
