There is a filter at the rear of the washer.
Remove lower rear panel.
Remove large black hose from bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter in inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump and check for blockage oe obstruction here as well.

    You need a screwderiver to remove the large clip holding the hose to the bottom of the drum, although on some models there was a large plastic clip fitted, if this is the case, then you need to prize the clip open to remove it.

You should find it located at the rear of the wsher at the bottom.
Remove lower panel, remove large black hose from bottom of drum, filter should be located inside hose, remove and clean.

Does machine have a filter

The filter is to be found at the rear of the washer.
Remove lower rear panel of washer, remove large black hose fastened to bottom of tub.
Watch out for water running out.
Remove plastic`filter inside hose and clean.
Refit filter and hose.
Dirty washing can somtimes be attributed to washing at too low a temperature, so make sure you have selected right temp for washing.

Had similar problem. Blocked filter and faulty pump, clean filter replaced pump approx £25. Took about 20 mins

Washing machine not spiining

sump hose filter blocked, running out of draining time, when you put it on again it allows more time to drain, remove sump hose and clean out internal filter.
