Blank screen motorola krazr has a blank white screen accepts calls and messages no screen though its only a blank white screen

i took it into at & t the guy told me to take out the battery and it worked...

well i went back to school and it started acting up again...

Accidentally I dropped my cell phone on the floor. After that that, the screen is blank, but if I lightly hit the phone on a hard surface, the screen shows, but after few seconds goes blank again. My phone is a Motorola MOTORAZR v3m. Thanks.

I have had my KRZR for about a year and haven't had a problem with it until last week. I haven't recently dropped it or anything, but I turned it on and it makes noise and everything, but the screen is all white...I can make calls if I know the person's # and can recieve calls, but I can't do anything else because I can't see the screen!!!!!!!!
