when the phone is in standby, press and hold cid/menu.press down arrow to move to language,press select to choose english,etc.when display shows language you want, use up/down arrows to move to another menu item,or press end to return to standby.

I have model #27906 phone rings, but no ringing sound. How do I progrem ringer to stay on?

Base LED screen does not come on when handset is rested in base .
phone is working only as base set.
