sounds like theirs a large blockage in the drain pump housing, the drain pump is just twist locked onto the bottom so you just lift the little white lock clip then twist the pump and it will come off and you will be able to see inside the housing and clear the blockage

Hotpoint, GE, RCA Washer Repair - Does not spin or drain - VWSR4150DAWW ... Fisher & Paykel ... my washer won't drainnor spin. what is the problem? .... But in the end, this video helped me fix our washing machine.
InstructablesHow do I remove the lid on a F&P intuitive eco washing machine to get to the motor panel?? IMadeIt ... It runs until the spin cycle and it drains but won't spin.
I have a problem with my MW512AU. Sometimes it drains after wash cycle, but sometimes it sticks when it goes to spin, doesn't get up to speed, water comes on for about 10 seconds and shuts off, and it tries to spin again. If I hit the wash progress switch it goes directly to final spin and works ok. I then have to run a 2nd wash cycle to rinse the clothes. I also noticed a buzzing sound when I turn on the power point, which lasts about 3 seconds before stopping. It will come back on every 3-4 minutes for 30 seconds. This is with the machine power switch off. It powers on normally.
If there is power and all your lights are lighting up but you get no responce from the machiene eg no spin, water filling, wash cycle or drain then it will be the sensor for the lid it will have coroded but this is an easy fix , I hope this helps
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it (4 to 6 inches maximum). Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.
