TO resolve this issue you’ll have to check the drain pump filter for any clogs, also check the drain hose for any kinks and clean the drain pump filter. OE is actually DE - Drain Error. Pop open the little door on the bottom left of your washer, and unscrew the cap on the little tube on the left. ***Water will drain out!***
Once the water is out, unscrew the bigger tube on the right. This holds your drain filter. It is likely clogged, so clean it out and reinstall the filter and cap from the small hose.
Hopefully this fixes it!

OE code - Check for clogged drain filter on end of hose, bent or clogged dain hose. Make sure hose doesn't go too far down drain pipe.

OE is a drain error - Check there isn't a kink in your drain hose, ensure the filter is clean, the drain hose can become clogged with sludge, sometimes a hot wash with 1/2 a cup of vinegar will remove this sludge

OE : Drain Hose is Kinked or clogged or The Drain Filter is clogged - Clean and straighten the drain hose / clean the drain filter.
also do check for the pump blockage.
