My Casio Pro-trek PRG-60T has stopped working, time and date still work but none of the buttons activate any of the features, i have had this watch for about 3 years now.
Any ideas?
The watch is working with CTL 1616 solar rechargable battery. Get the main lab's phone number from your local CASIO distributor . In Israel that is Sabi Labs. Geula str. 41. tel 03-5101-078
Send it into repairs and they will send you an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. Give them a call at 800-706-2534 option 2.
Is the battery indicator on L (Low). If so only timekeeping will work. Check out the manual which tells you that.
Try sticking the watch in a window to charge it till the battery indicator gets to H (may take up to 10 days for a very run down battery). If that doesn't work it send it to Casio for a battery change. Cost of change just over 20GBP sterling.
The user manual for this watch can be found athttp://ftp.casio.co.jp/pub/world_manual/... If you follow it you will see your battery is run down and you need to either recharge it or replace it.
