Hi there.

Try this.
The error code c3451 refers to a copier warm up error; the machine had not reached the correct temp within a specific time.

I bet it happened when you first switched on one morning.
Easy to reset and fault usually goes away.

To Reset switch machine off using the switch inside the front door, not the one on the control panel.
Whilst holding the UTILITY key down on the control panel switch the machine back on keeping the UTILITY key held down. Eventually a Trouble reset key will be displayed in the LCD screen, touch this, OK will be displayed then power the machine off and then back on.

This will reset the error code, if the code reoccurs then there will be a problem with the fuser unit in the machine, and this will requir
e replacing.

Hope it did work for you.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Hi,

I am trying to find what that code means. If you want to look for yourself, there are tons of C250 manuals at the following link at Minolta.

SOURCE: bizhub 250 All-In-One Laser Printer: Error code C3451 wont reset using Utility key at s...

• The Fusing Roller Thermistor does not detect
the required temperature within 30 sec. after a
warmup cycle has begun; therefore, the copier
does not complete the warm-up cycle.
• The temperature of the Fusing Rollers does not
reach the required level even after the set period
of time has elapsed during a warm-up cycle.

You may have a bad fuser section. Another reset method is a small button located on the right side of the machine under on the scanner section. Locate your network port, then to the left of the port is a small cover that can be removed, behind that cover on the left is a small black button, use a paper clip or ball point pen and press the button, this will do a machine reset. When the operation panel abort starts to load hit the number 3 button, you should see a small back circle in the top right of the operation panel. This will give you the option to do a trouble reset.
If this does not work you will need a technician to come out and replace the fuser section, make sure they bring one with them so they don't have to reschedule and come back.

What if the machine is showing c3451, what should we do?

Hi Stephen,
This error code c3451 refers to a copier warm up error; the machine had not reached the correct temp within a specific time.
Try resetting it by switching machine off using the switch inside the front door, not the one on the control panel.
Whilst holding the UTILITY key down on the control panel switch the machine back on keeping the UTILITY key held down. Eventually a Trouble reset key will be displayed in the LCD screen, touch this, OK will be displayed then power the machine off and then back on
This will hopefully reset the error code. However, if the code reoccurs then there will be a problem with the fuser unit in the machine, and this will require replacing

Problem with my Konica Minolta bizhub 350

The code is for fusing warm up failure. Turn the machine on, wait for the error, then open the front door - you will see a cover on the right hand side which you need to unscrew and remove, behind that is a board (PWB-S1- Tech. Rep. Setting Switches Board) press the trouble button then reinstall the cover and shut the door. Your printer should now reboot - if the error comes back you will need to have the fuser either repaired or replaced.
