Hi Walter: In oreder your diagnostic, that means that your motor control board has faild and needs to be replaced. This part is located behind the lower front panel. if you remove the screws along the bottom of the lower front panel, you can then pull the panel off and the control board is on the left side with all the wires going into it.
You can replace it yourself if you'd like, you will need to remove the lower front panel to gain access which is probably the hardest part. And you can order the part from Repairclinic.com if you have a full model number if you wanted to.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate
your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about

Hello there: This is due to the drain pump being clogged
The
drain plug is on the front of this washer - you can see it without
removing anything - there is a small 5"x3" panel on the front bottom
that you pull out and then the plug twists free - have a large pan ready
and unsrew slowly - water will come gushing out - have towels at the
ready!
There are 2 screws on the bottom of the larger bottom front panel - remove these and you can see inside
you will see the drain plug housing is connected to the water pump and
there are two hoses connected to the housing and the pump one coming
from the washer to the drain plug and one going from the pump to your
drain.
Remove the hoses carefully - I used plyers to pinch the clamps together.
the hardest part of this is removing the drain plug housing and pump -
because it seems like you should be able to just remove the pump - but
you can not!!
There are two screws holding in the housing and pump - remove them and the whole thing pulls clear.
Once out you can make sure there is not more coins or **** in the thing.
Three screws hold the housing to the pump - mark these with a sharpie
before you remove them - because once it is off there are multiple ways
to re attach it.
Once free of the drain plug housing spin the pump a few times and put it all back together - Hope this is very helpful for you Best regards Mike
Hello there:
I
would check the drain pump for a clog. Remove the front panel of the
washer, the pump is at the front bottom right side, with 2 hoses
attached. Now either get the water out of the tub with a shop vac, or
pinch off the hose connecting the tub to the drain pump. Take the top
hose off, and stick your finger down the hole and feel for anything.
also you can stick a screw driver down the pump and see if the impeller
moves freely...
The draining is controlled by drain pump in the washing machine.
If the drain pump is clogged or got loose then water will not drain properly and this problems will occur.Remove the drain pump and drain hoses.
First thing you can do is take the drain hose and blow into it and check if its getting blocked. If the air is passing through the hoses then loosen the hoses to the pump. You might want to get some pinch off pliers to save water from going ever where or a shop vac to **** out the tub. If the pump is getting warm current is flowing to it and propeller is jammed more than likely. The front should have a couple of 1/4 screws at the corners on the front should pop after removing them.If you require parts then you can buy them from www.repairclinic.comThanks. you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.
we had that same problem too with a few others, had repair guy come out and all he had to do was cean out the drain that is behind the bottom panelof the washer, as you look at washer you will have 3 screws to take out and panel will come off, drain plug is on right side you can't miis it. make sure you have pan for water. clean it and it should help. it worked with ours.
good luck.
The washer's pump unit has stopped working. It may not me getting the signal to pump after the wash cycle (controller problem) or the pump has let go and needs to be replaced.
you will have to take the front cover off. you will see a clip on the top right and left side at the seam at the top of the front cover. you can tale a screw driver or putty knive and push down on the clips and the front will pull off toward you. unplug the machine. you will see the drain pump at the front bottom right, the pump may be hung up. try turning the fan on the pump to free it up. if this does not work change pump. if water is in machine you will need to pinch off hose comming from tub if you change the pump
no power to control panel checked outlet with another appliance it worked drained water from pump filter still nothing door locked and nothing on control panel
Similar problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. Here's a post that was very helpful. http://www.foobert.com/blog/2007/04/02/ge-adora-front-loading-washer-does-not-drain/
There's a trap located under the front panel (3 screws) I undid the filter and pulled out 21 coins, 2 buttons, a 'letter h', zipper parts, a broach, and a whole lot of lint.
My wife said that the unit never got the clothes so dry afterwords, she said the almost didnt need to throw the clothes in the dryer.
NOTE: Have a ton of towels ready, and if you can fit a bucket or dish under the filter, go slow and steady. I opened it up and had several gallons all over the floor!
you have to take out the little motor that drains the water and clean it up , first you open the front panel or back panel depending of the model , second follow the DRAIN HOSE to where its attached to the DRAIN MOTOR , remove the motor for cleaning , its probably clogged.
