Possible solutions:
Remember you need to turn the camera on when transferring.
Try a different USB outlet
Try a different cable
Try a different computer.
If all fails please contact KODAK in order to arrange a repair or order a new cable. Remember your USB cable is covered under the same warranty as your camera, so remember your serial number when calling:

Hi there, I owned Kodak EasyShare camera M1033. Unfortunatelly, I lost CD which can install the software. How can I get another CD? Thank you Sue

Try this Link

That is the download ink for the latest Kodak Drivers, so theoretically it will work with your Kodak, and any others previous to the update.

Kodak Z1012 IS camera into usb port will not send pictures to my computer or my documents.

hi let me save you pocket. Instead of repairing your camera would be economical in this issue. you just buy usb memory card reader about $10. you put your sd card into the reader and connect to computer. That is easy. you click on my computer, you will see a new drive folder. rest of work is yours...However it will cost to you if you want to repair the problem. your camera might has usb port defective and local repair shop would charge around $65 to 125 depend on what they really want to charge. thanks and best regard!

My problem is, i dont how to install a4 tech camera on my pc? plz help me.....thanks

Hi Thanks for your question
If you have an installation CD just put it in and go to your CD drive on your PC. Once in folder containing CD files double click setup file and installation should start. When prompted please plug the end of camera USB cable in available port on your PC. If not prompted just put it in when installation is finished. Your camera should be working now.
If you don't have installation CD go to this link---> on the website press driver for PC and then download driver. After your driver is downloaded go to containing folder and double click setup. When prompted plug your camera in otherwise just plug it in when installation is finished. Good Luck and please let us know if this was helpful.

Kodak easy share just dissapeared frommy computer. please tell me what to do

Try disconnecting the camera's USB cord from the computer. Plug it back in after about 30 seconds, and you should see a "New Hardware Found" note at the bottom of your monitor, and the Kodak icon should reappear after a few seconds. If that doesn't work you may need to reinstall the Kodak EasyShare software. Don't use the CD that came with the camera though -- download and install the latest version - at no cost - at
