try another capacitor, located under main control panel, easy to replace,or the tip of the clutch pawl has broken off, this located on the end of the brake arm
Probable causes:
Faulty water inlet valve - unplug washer, if water continues to fill
replace the valve.
Water level switch, hose or dome faulty - service the assembly.
Timer faulty - unplug washer, if water stops filling test timer.
If the water continuously keeps filling the tub of the washer this would be due to either you have a bad pressure switch or the hose that is connected to the pressure switch that goes down the side of the unit and connects to the tub has either comes off its connection point or has sediment or debris inside the hose itself which would cause the same issue here is also a basic video of how the pressure switch test is done click this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZZ2bDMspj8 if you have any further questions message me back and please remember to rank this opinion when our chat has fully concluded it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future. Does your machine fill with water even if the machine is off? In this case your inlet valve at top of machine is defective & can be easily replaced (will tell u where to get spares, if your dealer cannot) by yourself.
If water does not stop, after filling machine at a low level(is this a front loader?) and is flowing away - check your exit pipe, it has to have a certain height (approx 3 feet) up before going down to your drain pipe.
