LG 42INCH PLASMA TV BLANK SCREEN

TV will not turn off and when you turn it on the screen goes black fuzzy then looks like its not on. We have an LG RU-42PX10 42 inch Plasma. Now, the screen has hundreds of verticle color lines. The sound works fine and can change channels, but no picture. DVD and VHS do the same thing. I heard a loud POP (sounded like a capacitor has blown) then the picture was gone.
I measured and replaced the fuse on the YSUS board (others were fine) and now when I try to turn it on the orange standby light goes green for a second then it goes back to orange.
I had a very close look at the circuit boards, mainly around the YSUS board as it was the fuse on it that was blown.
There was no obvious signs (smell, brown spots or inflated (blown) capacitors) of burning damage.
Do you have any other suggestions?
