When I run the QC test it does not spin in either direction. I hear noise from around the water pump during the test.
I replaced the sensor assembly and the Main PWB.
I don't what else to do.
I just bought a used LG washer that had the same issue (would not spin). The previous owner had replaced the Hall Sensor and the Main Board. In trouble shooting the issue I discovered that the 3 way connector for the stator wires that plug into the main board had been plugged in backwards. When I plugged the connector in correctly and ran the QC test everything worked fine.
The connector plugged in backwards really easy!
Look for the connector locking tab on the main board and make sure the connecrtor is plugged in correctly.
Also the factory has determined that the main board can cause all the problem as long as the water draining out it be the main board
