hi, i have a samsung b3100mobile phone. I am trying to transfer photos to my PC, when i connect up the USB, its asking for a driver called "custt13 development platform", any ideas where i can download it?

You can get a cable from ebay easily enough, once connected to your PC and switched on, if you PC doesn't recognise your camera/phone, then I suggest you go to the manufacturers web site, follow links for support and/or downloads and download the respective drivers.

Try www.freemobilefun.net. You can download to your PC if you don't want to pay for message charges on your phone and upload to your phone from your PC (download the PC Studio and phone drivers from www.samsung.com under Support).

you can try this. install pc studio, and then connect your mobile...it should automatically install the drivers..but if that is what you have done then you can try updating the PC studio software.

Iam also facing the problem with CUST13 Development Platform software.

It is NOT installing.
