Yes you can buy eyepieces at several retailers. Measure the hole. Eyepieces come in 3 different sizes: .965, 1.25 and 2 inch sizes.

Here are several retailers:

    Why would you give me 2 thumbs up??? for a perfect answer?

    I gave you two links where you can buy ANY size eyepiece. Just curious.

    A friend recently gave me a great condition Tasco 58T. I believe it is missing the eyepiece. I know to measure the width but is there a focal length or particular brand that should accompany the Tasco? I have seen some advertised for eye pieces as having 4 elements. Is this essential?

    The specs are D=68mm
    F= 700mm
    Thank You

I cant figure out how to get the lenses to work?

If this is a small TASCO or BUSNELL telescope you bought a toy telescope--

Try this-- put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. This is your lowest magnification. Go outside during the day time and practice focusing on a distant object-- try to see the moon at night once you learn how to focus.

Thank you for the reply.
No thank you not interested in the plan.
I purchased the tasco lenses that were for a different tasco scope, and tried them on both the tasco
galaxsee scop and a bushnell that I have and they worked perfectly on both.
Thanks again.

Tasco Model 59T additional lenses

Do you mean eyepieces? If so, they are either .965", 1.25" or 2". I'm betting yours are .965" or 1.25" which is a standard and you should be able to fit anyones same-sized eyepieces in the focus housing. Measure the diameter and you will know.

If you mean lenses, then the question is confusing, as you increase or decrease power by switching out eyepieces, not objective lenses.

Look on eBay for eyepieces and you'll find plenty.
