Check it out! I figured out most of it.... to go into service menu, turn on tv (doesnt matter how), turn vol down to 0 (doesn't matter how) , then press and hold vol - on tv and press info/del on remote. You will now enter service menu with a pink FAC01 at top and RC GC BC GD BD in green below. Whatever is highlighted in red is what you are about to adjust... WRITE DOWN EVERY SETTING YOU SEE BEFORE CHANGING!!! Now, ch + scrolls up, ch - scrolls down, vol - scrolls left/less, vol + scrolls right/more (on tv controls or remote). The FAC page changes either by pressing OK on remote which will highlight a MENU TOP in which ch + or - will change the pages.... or pressing 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0 on remote will change pages from FAC01 to FAC10 accordingly with FAC10 being 0. DO NOT PRESS INPUT ON REMOTE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! it does something to change the picture and I still do not know what (if anyone knows please tell me). notepad on remote is FAC11, caps is FAC12, info/del is FAC13, sleep is FAC14, calendar is FAC15, insert is FAC16, fav is FAC17, go back is FAC18. So far the only way I know how to get to FAC19 and FAC20 (the last one) is by using the MENU TOP option (which is your safest bet). cc only turns on/off cc. mts clears service menu screen but does not get you out of service menu (press ch-/+vol-+/or any of the corresponding FAC keys to go back to service menu options). mute just mutes, menu does nothing, ok highlights in red first thing to change in FAC page you are in (press again to go back to MENU TOP), presets does nothing, menu does nothing, SOUND WILL CONFIRM YOUR CHANGES!!! It will say WAIT then it will confirm... again... WRITE DOWN EVERY PAGE YOU ENTERED AND ALTERED BEFORE ALTERING!!! I royally screwed up my tv messing with this but fortunately I bought it for $30 and it was just a replacement till I got a new LCD flatscreen. Would love it if someone could explain each page because I can only assume (or look up on Google) what each abbreviation means! GOOD LUCK!!!
With tv off press and hold both CH- and Vol- at same time untill tv comes on you should now be in service menu.
