W910i strange icon!

Hello!
I have a strange Icon not seen before popping up on my display screen - it's purple and looks like a double window picture/or a photo type icon.
What does it mean and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks

    I have the Logo with the H in it as well. There is no mention of it in the user guides.

    I went into a remote location recently and the symbol disappeared. It's back now that I'm in the city though.

    Any help?

Most probably you have enabled a special profile for your phone. eg. meeting, or in car profile.

Just go to settings... profiles... select profile...

You will see that most probably, you have selected one profile other than normal. Select normal profile again and the icon will disappear..

Hope this helps.

The mouse cursor icon is stuck on the screen and won't move around, but I'm still able to highlight things without knowing where the mouse is going. How do I get the mouse icon to work and start moving...

Right click the Rise of Nations display icon, go to 'Properties' and go to 'open file location'.
Look for a '.ini' file called 'Rise2' - double click it to open it up.
You will see this about mid way through the list that then pops up:
ForceHardwareCursor=0
ForceGDICursor=0
ForceBWCursor=0
ForceStaticCursor=0
change all of the 0's into 1 - then go to file, save. This should fix any issues you have with the mouse not working properly.

    How to undo mute

    There is a mini loudspeaker icon in the bottom right corner of the screen (system tray)
    double click the icon - a box with all the components of the sound system will pop-up (Master Volume)
    Untick any of the mini boxes along the lower part of the box that have a tick in them (click on the tick will 'untick' it - click on empty box, 'ticks' it)
    That is the easiest way. BUT if you can't find the icon... Go to Start - Control Panel - Sounds & Audio Devices
    Double click that Icon and in the window that opens... You will see two mini boxes Mute and Place volume icon in System tray Untick Mute and Tick Put icon....
    Simples...
