Lost sound i deleted some programs i had not used for a log time and now i have no sound and no icon down on bottom right corner that you can adjust volume with. i have a p4p800 deluxe motherboard. please helkp!

Find the program in the Program Files folder. Right click on the program folder and then select delete from the drop down menu. If you get an error message make sure the program is not running. If there's a small icon for the program on the bottom of the screen, click on it to close it first. Then retry the steps above to delete the file.

You you just trying to delete the app? Once you're logged on to the iPad (not the app) touch and hold any app icon until all the icons start jiggling and display an X in a circle in the corner. Click the X of any apps you want to delete. When done, press the home key (the round button at the bottom of ipad when held vertically).

Open the "Start" menu and click on the "Control Panel" icon.
Locate and open the icon that deals with sound.
Depending on your version of Windows, it will say either "Sounds and Audio Devices" or "Adjust System Volume."
Adjust the volume under the "Speakers" icon.
To do this, click on the slider bar and move it up on the slider.
If you need to decrease the volume, simply move the slider bar down.

The software allows you to adjust settings, transfer images, send a fax and make copies right from the control center instead of using the printer control panel. When you make a fax, receive a fax or block faxes, a log is kept in the HP Solution Center. You can use the software to view faxes and delete a fax log history.
Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions

1. • 1 Open the HP Solution Center by clicking the "Start" button. Navigate the mouse to "Programs" and click on "HP" to open the drop-down box. Click on "HP Solution Center." If you have the "HP Solution Center" icon on the desktop, you can click the icon to open the software.
     
   • 2 Click on "Settings." A drop-down box will open up. Click "Fax Settings and Setup," which will open another drop-down box. Click "Fax Log," which will open the fax log window.
     
   • 3 Read the "Sent Log," which is the first tab on the window. The information will tell you the date, duration of the fax, name of the fax, fax number, how many pages and the status.
     
   • 4 Click on the first fax in the log to highlight it. Click "Delete" at the bottom of the window to delete the fax. Continue this step for each fax until every fax you want deleted is gone.
     
   • 5 Click on "Received Log" and delete each fax. Click on "Blocked Faxes" and perform the steps again to delete each of the faxes in this log that you want to delete.

It sounds like you are using chating program such as MSN or AOL. If you can't see it in the bottom right corner, you can check whether there is a arrow on the edge of that bottom right corner, you can click on the arrow to show more icons there. Sometimes the system is set to hide the idle icons in the bottom right corner. You can undo that by right clicking there and choose properties from the pop-up menu and then select the Notification Area tab or something like the System Tray tab depending on the Operating System installed. Then you will see the option to Hide Idle Icons. You can uncheck it to see all the icons.
If the icon is still not there, start it from the Start menu. It should be under Program and Microsoft Live Messenger or AOL Messenger or something like those. If your computer freeze when doing that, you might need to restart, or choose ALT-DEL-CONTROL and select Start Task Manager and kill the process about MSN or AOL. What kind of sound system are you using? What name system do you have running your sound software? (fex. I got RealTek Audio Manager)There's way too many solutions for a open question like that. Anyway. If you find it out you might get lucky by > right clicking the icon >[or opening it from programs] > choosing MIXER > adjusting the levels there..
If you just got the Microsoft basic sound > right click the speaker sign at the bottom corner of your computer and > open VOLUME CONTROLLER... do the necessary adjustments

is the button near the reset hole? possibly the button is somehow pressing the reset switch, possibly stuck somehow. Other than that try a hard reset, instructions below.
Soft Reset
Put your stylus in the hole in the lower left corner where it says “Reset” Soft Reset will reboot your device just like when you reboot your PC. No data will be lost, under normal circumstances that is.

Hard Reset
Hold down the Power button (Top Right corner) and at the same time put your Stylus pen in the hole where it says “Reset” (Lower Left corner).
Hard Reset will delete all data you have put on the device, Programs, Settings, Mail, SMS, MMS, etc., so be careful and make a backup before doing this.
After a hard reset, you will have a complete clean new install of Windows Mobile on your device.
