If you are able to boot into Windows, don't try it again. If you are not able to, try to reflash it. If that fails, contact the tech support for the bios and see if they have any suggestions, sadly I doubt they will. You may end up having to replace the mother board.
Here's the link for biostar's tech support:
http://www.biostar-usa.com/techmain.asp
its usually written on the motherboard, unfortunately you will have to hunt for it.... even without that you can use a little deduction comparing the chipset and board configuration with the manufacturer's website.
provided in ur main/mother board manual.. or can refer: ftp://ftp.biostar-usa.com/manuals/P4M80-M7/P4M80-M7manual.pdf or http://www.retrevo.com/support/Biostar-P4M80-M7-manual/id/23274ci668/t/2/ always do under professional supervision..(all led/light emitting diode will not function if reversely/wrongly connected).. contact ur system admin/vendor....
Try www.crucial.com
download their motherboard checker program
This will look at the mother board and tell you exactly what memory it need and how much it will cost you.
