It sounds that the connections between T'Con board and panel have some loose contact. Re-seat all the flat cables and check. Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for more

thin lines are associated with the connection of the pixels on the screen in the grid. If its under warranty get it fixed before expiry as its not a cheap fix. Red lines are not convergence problems they are component problems so you cant adjust it out
