We had the lexmark 9300 printer/scanner/fax installed yesterday and set up with our names, ive cum to use it today and wen i select scan and my name it comes up saying "downloading scan applications list from your computer. Please Wait" which i have read in the manual should appear, but then comes up saying "cannot retrieve scan applications list from your computer" HELP ME PLEASE!!!
