My phone is so slow.camera is showing Loading.phone does not off

Failing to operate some function like camera, gaming, internet browsing, message sending etc. might due to a memory full problem. if the phone memory free space is too low, it will not allowed any operation as what above stated.

To avoid this problem, be sure all multi-media files are stored on memory card or mass memory storage. delete unused file for saving memory space. If still the same way around, you need to format or reset your phone by going to settings then master reset.be sure to back up all important files first before doing this method cause everything will be erased. It will ask for a confirmation code then enter 0000, after entering the code it will automatically restart the phone .Your phone is now sets on original default settings.

Hoping this method helps...

This because you might have stored up all files in phone memory, due to this there no furthur space available for new files. so the mobile says as insuffcient memory.

to acess memory
Press 'menu'----->gallery-----> you can find folders like images, video clips,Music files etc,.

please open each folder to delete the content in it or you can move these files to memory card.

to transfer to memory card:-

1.select the file you need to transfer to memory card,
2.Go to options(left navigation key)
3.select move
4.select memory card

Now the files are transferred to Memory card

My memory card is full and I want to transfer to my computer. I tried to transfer to internal memory but it says there isn't enough space. Anyway to transfer all at once instead of tagging individual...

Connect you camera to the computer using the USB cable. It will be shown as a removable drive(If the autorun is enabled windows should list the option to transfer pictures.Choose this option if it does so). Open the drive and and transfer the pictures to your computer.

Hope this helps,
Sai.

How to increase the storage area without using the storage card?

Hi. You can increase the space on your storage area by transfering some unused files from your storage area to PC, or you can simply uninstall some unused programs from your device. I also recommend you to use your SD Card for your pictures, music, videos (they take a lot of space, so its better to keep them in your SD Card). You can simply transfer these kind of personal files from your storage area to your SD Card by using the default File Explorer (can be found in the start menu). At least 3MB should be left on your storage area in general, you can check sizes of the free space on your storages areas by accessing the Memory menu in the settings. Hope this helps.

Phone memory full

Hello...
If your phone memory is full, do these:

Transfer those not so necessary files to your pc. If you think you won't need some of those files in it, you can simply delete them. And the best is if you can buy a large memory card so you will have a bigger space for your future files.

Please let me know if this helps (always feel free to comment this answer), thanks!

Storage memory critically low no instructions inbook to correct

Hi. Your device gives this problem because its internal storage memory is low, low enough that Windows starts to lack some space. Correcting this issue is simple, you can first transfer some of your personal data (pictures, music, etc..) from your internal memory to your SD Card. (You can do this process by the help of File Explorer, and also that can be found in the Start Menu.) If this is not enough, you can uninstall some of the old programs that you don't use from your internal memory (You can press Start Menu -> Settings -> Add/Remove Programs). At the end, you can check how much space you have on your device (both internal and external card) by tapping Settings -> Memory. I think the empty space in internal memory should be at least larger than 3MB for normal usage. Hope this helps.
