My Fossil blue 100 meters watch was a present several Christmases ago and the instructions with it do not feature this particular watch. I have never been able to set it correctly for this reason. Please can you email them for me. The watch has the numbers etc. on the back BQ-9279 340607 It was bought from a shop in Huddersfield Yorkshire, UK

Do you have any possibility to get one from store where you bought it? I've been searching for an online manual but couldn't get any, just these two videos

You can get instructions by going to http://www.fossil.com/en_US/shop/customer_care/static/fossil-customercare.html and clicking on "watch instructions".

You will be presented with a list of instructions which you can read through to find the one that is for your watch.

You can get instructions for your watch from the Fossil web site.

Go to "fossil.com", go to the bottom of the page and you will see a
menu, click on "customer care", and then look under "Product Info" on
the left and you will see "watch instructions"

Click on this and a list of diagrams and watch descriptions will appear,Download the file that is suitable for your watch.

Sounds like a job for Fossil!

Your description of the problem is not clear but if it is not running properly and is within the warranty period, then take it back.

If it is outside its warranty period then a watch repairer will sort it out for you.
