Im having this problem too if some one could email me how to fix it @ [email protected]
cheers
The problem is the controller or the reed switch. The reed switch is located on the left hand side next to the pulley wheel on the front roller. it registers when the roller goes round by the magnet set into the pulley wheel. This reed switch should be cleaned and adjusted so it is as close to the roller as possible without touching the roller also follow the thin black wire from the reed switch around the edge of the frame to the control board. disconnect this and reconnect thit again. Also check that the little magnet on the pulley wheel has not come loose / out. If this falls out it will have attached itself to the frame when it drops. Hope you understand this and it helps. If not i will try and explain again.
Same problem. I have adjusted the reed sensor. I have calibrated it. I have turned the dial on the small blue sensor all the way right then backed it off. I get the same problem
It's verry weared, but i have the same problem. I tried all you're solutions to fix it but it doesn't work. after 10 seconds the screen gives an E1 error code. We set the reed switch as close as possible near the pulley wheel, and there is an little magnet on the polley wheel. Do you have any other solutions? and could you please help me with this problem...
thanks ! Mike
