Since, "Hampton Bay" is the house brand for Home Depot, your best bet is to start there. Getting an exact replacement will depend on how old your Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan is. Some glass shades and/or globes are discontinued after a few years, as the trends in shades change.
You can probably find a replacement at Home Depot or Lowe's in the lamp department. They sell these globes as universal replacements rather than being specific to a particular model of fan. The 3 set screw holding method is pretty universal for ceiling fixtures and fans of all brands. If the current shade is not shattered, put a little tape on it and take it with you to the store.
good luck,

I just uninstalled my 29 year old Encon flush mount fan light. The number on the base is E101004. It was a lighted base. The mount bracket is built into the base. It is the 4 prong and hook style the allows the motor to hang suspended while wiring and then swings up. There is a glass ring that is sandwiched between the base plate and decorative bottom. It's the only usable part besides the 4 glass light covers. You can save this from the land fill if you haven't purchased a replacement fan.
