Your Transfer unit disconnected or bad connection. Unlikely, but a transfer power supply could be faulty. A piece of paper stuck in the transfer area could also cause that code to come up. If the machine is dirty and you see toner all over when you open the right side of the copier, have it cleaned thoroughly, that will most likely solve your problem.
This is fixing error code. The E004 is heater has failed - this usually last the life of the copier. The 0010 part is that the copier was turned off without resetting the error not a problem to reset. After resetting the error, fire up the copier and write down the error as displayed if it comes back. The sub code is very important to correct the problem. Some codes mean you have to replace the fixing heater power supply or the DC Controller. This is how you reset the code: Press the additional function key, then press the 2 & 8 keys at the same time, then the additional function key again. Press copier, function ( across the top of display ), CLEAR, ERR, then OK. Turn off copier and power back up. If the error happens again you may have a major problem that a tech may have to resolve. Good Luck.
Error E005 means the fuser cleaner roller has run out & may need a replacement. If the error is false it will disappear by following the reset procedure. To clear this error code press * 2 and 8 * in that 2&8 are pressed simultaneously. Go to the web counter and clear the counter back to Zero (0). Machine will now restart your machine & error code will disappear. If this doesn't help then try clearing both web counters in service mode, COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB> and COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB> perform a Error Clear in service mode FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR>. Hope this helps...

if your machine is giving E-005 that means your fixing assembly (fuser cleaning web is not detecting) is bad.
go in service mode by pressing additional fuction + 2 & 8 + again press addtional function
If you find that the E005 code won't reset after replacing the Web, and clearing both web counters in service mode, <COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB> and <COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB> perform a Error Clear in service mode <COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR>.
