A breaker trips because it is overheating. This is caused by the brker being to small, the wiring is to small or the line overloaded. Your unit should be on a dedicated line and the breaker sized to the unit. Also breakers do go bad over time from being overheated and need to be replaced. If the breaker tips instantly it means the AC unit or wire has a direct short. If it runs for a while and then trips the bkr it is in the bkr or wiring.

ckd for wire from thermostat on rear of blower or high limit might be easier to look at wiring diagram wire is usually orange they have been known to come off voltage is feed to timer motor during auto setting from a thermostat
ckd to be sure pump is operating in drain/spin feel pump housing for vibrationn from pump spining if pump not runing or huming ckd voltage to pump with wires removed.. voltage 110? pump probably bad ck for loose impeller they have been known to come loose from motor shaft..no voltage? ckd wiring at control bd last resort bad control bd..good luck
