I have a benq DC E610 DIGITAL CAMERA.....now its showing system error 0013 on the screen while switching on...and camera turns off immediately...is there any solution

    i also have the same problem. i already returned the camera to where i bought it, they replaced it, and yet it still has the same problem. it's very irritating since i live in the philippines and i have to send it back to my father in greece.

I had the same problem but now i have solved it.........its not a software problem..... the lens in fornt of the camera is not able to come out......just hit the camera 3-4 times on a table it will start working.......hope your problem is solved

I suggest you tap the camera on your palms. this error has something to do with the camera's lens not able to slide out. our camera was not working for 3 weeks until my mom "gently" tapped the camera and when she opened it, it slid out. hahahaha! good luck guys! the benq camera is great! :D

Error 0010 tell you the camera is not fully at reset point when you turn on the camera this is a problem in the lens you must find a way to wind the lens all the way back to its reset poisition.asin the canon sd300 there is a wheel at the top left that you can turn untill the lens is reset.

0013 indicates that your camera has a hardware (related to Lens) defect.When dirt gets into the lens mechanism the lens wont retract properly.. You wont believe what i have suggested for a similar problem and it worked! Its a similar lens stuck error..

This issue has to do with the lens doesn't come out, in front of the camera. Just hit the camera 3-4 times on your palm it will start working.
