Raggy2010 posted on this toppic Order the modified fuser plug connector. There is also a later firmware update to fix this code. This code happened to me on a few selected machines after I did firmware upgrades to add the interrupt button on the touch screen and to speed up the loading time. The thermistor is not guilty!

That is a fuser error. Replace the fuser & reset the code in service mode. You will also want to update the firmware of the machine.

this is a fuser error. go into service mode( in the copier standby press 10871087 on the keypad) and go to u163 fuser error reset. If this does not work you might have to consult a service centre.

Sounds like you have a faulty thermistor. (heat sensing device) The 6020 indicates an abnormally HIGH temperature. If the readings are greatly different in the two thermistiors or one is not touching the hot roller could also be the problem.
