No audio for my 26" sansui hdlcd

The sound on my Sansui HDLCD, model # HDLCD2600, s/n 067270401135 has slowly gone quieter and quieter until finally I do not have any sound. Any advice or solutions??

My sansui televsion just lost all sound. I have tried shutting it off, unplugging and checking all connections and still nothing.

Use a cable box and external speakers they sound better anyway.

Unless the designated codes are mentioned for Sansui TV , it might not match. If with an auto selection mode , check to scan to self detect.
If not the model is out of the frequency range available.

I have hmdi cords and I am trying to get the tv to turn to 1080I how do I do that

This Sansui HDLCD-1900 can only do 720p MAX. The source will determine the display resolution, you do not set it at the TV, just like you do not set the PC monitor resolution at the monitor, it is done at the PC. http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-tvs/sansui-hdlcd-1900/4505-6482_7-33089579.html

I'm sorry, but the TVM2515G/B is not digital. If you use an antenna you will need a converter box.

Speakers on the tv vibrate and it distorts the sound

The speakers on the Sansui aren't very good. Its better to buy a surround sound speaker system to compliment your tv.
