Hello,
i just moved my washer to clean behind and install new hoses. i tilted washer forward and back for cleaning and now during a spin cycle it vibrates more than it did before. After cleaning we ran a small load and during the spin cycle it was vibrating excessively so we stoppped it and rearranged the clothes and it helped but it is still vibrating more than it was before cleaning. any ideas?
I guess u need to level it properly, and as i know, there is one or more bolts fixed at the back, the purpose for these bolts is to make a strong structure while shifting, then u must remove them for proper functioning......check the manual...wish u all the best..sam
SOURCE: excessive vibration during spin cycle
Chck to see that all (6) suspension springs are still attached. Check the plastic snubber ring below the mechanism and above the base plate for cracks or contamination.

thanks but i did check for level and it is right on. could the belt be loose? if so is it difficult to replace or does it adjust? this all started because i thought it would be a good idea to change hoses and install a tray underneath washer whcih is another story
so could a loose or worn motor belt belt cause this problem? or something else? Also when i installed the now removed washer tray a plastic cover over the middle pulley got jammed and fell off. To me it appears only as a dust cover. approx. 2inch diameter. this was caused bty the middle of the tray where it was raised. the problem is only apparent on the final spin/rinse cycle where it spins at full speed. Thanks for your replies
ah ok .... but you really did not answer my questions from last message????
The washer vibrates excessively during the spin cycle, even with no clothes in it. How do I access the suspension? Does the top come off. Is there anything else I should look for? Thanks.
