Hello i am having a horrible problem with my sakar kids cam soft ware , i was wondering what i can do with this problem. i first got this camera and downloaded the software. i did it and was working fine. i lost the program off the computer some how and i wanted to reinstall the soft ware. now it is saying that the id or the license cant not be found. does this mean that the software is no good to my computer now. and that i wont be able to use the camera and such, and if there is really a way to fix it cause i do like the camera . is there a software that is the same as mine that will give another license ?
Instead of trying to install the software from the CD try to download the files from the internet and do it i will provide the link for the following:

We brought the camera last christmas and the CD wasn't in the pack. We tried to return it, but the store wouldn't take the cam without the recipient
