The F20 error deals with the water coming into the tub. The F20 code indicates the control didn't see any water enter the tub.
There is a flow meter that tells the control water is coming into the
washer. If the flow meter is faulty the error usually happens quickly.
Near the pressure switch is a clear plastic hose may be kinked or even
have a small hole in it. Check the drain line first and then remove the top of the washer to
access the pressure switch and pressure hose. With the washer empty
remove the hose from the pressure switch located on the right side of
the washer and blow through it to clear any debris blocking the pressure
hose or air trap.
If this doesn't help then most likely you will need to replace the pressure switch.
I've seen this complaint 5-6 times within the last month. Try this. Remove the top panel by removing the three screws along the back and pushing the panel back and then lifting up. Locate the pressure sensor mounted on the right side of the machine. Check the pressure sensor hose very carefully for splits or cracks caused by chafing on the tub. You really need to look closely, it only takes a tiny pin hole. If damaged, replace hose and make sure the new hose is routed properly, not taped to the tub as some of the new ones have been for some reason.
I recommend checking your washer installation for a possible siphoning condition and kinked fill hoses, first, as these are the easiest items to rule out.
