Hello, To switch it to Farenheit..press and hold the BROIL button for up to ten seconds and the display of the broil temp will change from a number display to the letter F then push clear/off button...if later on it needs to be switched back to C do the same thing
According to the Owners Manual, you can change it as follows:
To change the LCD from °C to °F: When the unit is OFF, hold down the "Scan" button, then press and hold the "ON/MEN" button until the LCD shows '°F', then release the "Scan" button. Use the same process to change the LCD display from °F to °C.
Also, if you have misplaced your Owners Manual, here is a link to it in pdf format, that you can download and print.
You could have a bad overtemp sensor which is activating at too low a tempreture. They should not be that expensive. I would just replace it to eliminate the control if it is bad. It is a small metallic disc attached to the heat excanger. Has two wires coming off it. Approximately 1 inch in diameter. Usually on the front of the heat exchanger. It should have the tempreture that it activates at stamed on it. The temp is probably in celceus. Prior to replaceing it you could determine the activation temp and if you have a thermometer, or better yet an infared thermometer, check it while running to see what temp it activates at. If it is bad it will activate at too low a tempreture and should be replaced. Let me know if you need anymore help.
Sounds like you got a little "Bad" Fuel in there. Sometimes fuel from Cheaper Stations can get Condensation in the Tanks witch Transfers to your Gas Tank and will Clog up the Fuel System. Try to get to a Good Station and Fill up Then get a Can of "B12 Chemtool" and pour it in the Gas Tank. You can get it at Wal-Mart or any Auto Parts Store. Let Me Know!
has the starter recall be done to the car yet if so it should have relay added to syatem and starter wire cut inhave with purple wire run to small wire on starter.
put some pasta on the core processor then with a piece of hard plastic
or any other material or with the finger (I discourage others) tries to
create a uniform layer throughout the core!, you need also a good fan(2 betters) to create air for a fresh air in your pc.
from what i know thru extensive research.....and i mean alot the dm board (as in the whole thing) is not all bad its thecapacitors on the dm board that are supposably cheap O'z if you know what i mean. there should be 4 of them. you can buy the replacemnets from radio shack for about 8.50. if you know someone who is handy with a soildering iron, or a freelace electically type then ask them if they can put the new ones on for you. the correct one you need are -40 degrees to +85 degrees Celceus...tolerance +20%, now this is important 1000microfarad.... now these capacitors cant be less than 16V they can be over but not under.... typical brand to get is xicon....you have to remove the dm board which is in a metal shield once the back part of the television is removed you will see it cause it looks like it should be in a computer. but apparently this is typical and its a very simple fix but everyone that is capable to fix it want to bend you over and do you dry....mitsubishi should be ashamed of themselves for not correcting this themselve and offering help with cost.. hope this helps guys!
