Sounds like the pulley that the drum belt rides on has loosened. You need to open up machine, find drum belt pulley, pull pulley taught, and tighten screws on pulley. Usually very easy to access that pully once covers are off

from the looks of it, this is called an f12
lights 1&2, communication error which seems to be quite common. I've got the same problem. If there's nothing in your filter, it could be the pcb (apparently, according to the research I've done so far). Quite expensive apparently (£200?), but these machines don't seem very reliable, lots of people on the web having problems.
