My bizhub 600 is pulling from the wrong paper tray. It should default to tray 1, but is pulling from tray 2.

Have you checked the default setting in control panel for that printer?

Check your default on computers, via control panel might be set to default to by pass tray. Also check the paper selection on the copier ensure not defaulted to by pass tray

Sir/Mam, does tray two work? if so use that mite need to have the rollers replaced in draw one.

Is tray 2 OK?
Any paper stuck behind the draw. Check the setting off draw one in user mode is it for that size paper?

means from printer properties it can be set to any tray
if ur using defalut settings it is
set it to a4 paper and tray 1 or 2

pull out tray and check any paper is jammed is remaining at the back end of that tray

Hi the machine could be defaulted to print from the main trays if you have the same type paper being fed from the manual feed same size paper then it will automatically take it from the default trays
IF you take the paper out of the trays and put it only in the manual feed will it print and take it from the manual feed also you have to tell the machine when you use the manual feed what size and type of paper is in the manual feed once you tell it what paper and type of paper like card stock you then need to make sure when you go to print that it is set on your computer with manual feed and type of paper must match what is set on machine

Sounds like either a loose drive connection or there is some trace piece of paper still left in the device.

BNe sure not to overload or UNDERload the tray as well.

I fix the error thanks to Patrillica on my BIZHUB 350!
The paper stock in tray 1 or to be exact above the tray 1, when you open it, you can hardly see it. After you remove the paper you should unplug your machine and then lug it back.
