You are correct that the analog needs to match the digital. The digital readout must be set first and then the hands will automatically match the digital. If not, then you need to do a "reset". This basically recalibrates the hands to match the digital. Then you set the watch. Resets are only necessary when the hands and digital do not read the same. If you don't have a manual that addresses "reset" then go to the Citizen webpage and download the instructions. Persevere. As confusing as this procedure may seem it will actually improve your appreciation for your watch and you will gain much working knowledge of your watch. Good luck, Michael

I have a Citizen eco-drive blue angel watch and the hands are out of sync with the digital clock. Can you help?

Hi there. Your hands are driven by the digital. Please consider reviewing the instructions for setting at: http://www.citizenwatch.com/

If there is in fact a fault, please consider returning the watch to citizen for repair and adjustment.

To whom it may concern. I would like to know the size of the Eco Drive Citizen C650 watch. Thanks.

There is not enough information given. Citizen is make. Eco Drive is patented micro electric system name. C650 is caliber number. C650 is fitted in to many Citizen watch models. Give us exact model name, numbers, serial, etc. - then we can give the size. For a while you can check out C650 here: http://www.citizenwatch.com/COA/English/settingsresults.asp?caliber=c650 Citizen watches here;

I have a men's Citizen Eco-Drive WR 200. Why does my digital time accuracy differ by 2 mins from the analog setting? Thank you, Wayne

The analogue time can be set to agree with the digital time by following their instruction manual.

If you go to http://www.citizenwatch.com/COA/English/settings.asp and follow the instructions, you can download the ones for your watch.

How to set the time for citizen eco drive skyhawk.

Hi, This watch is Calibre C651, same as Model #JR3090-58M (Promaster Air Collection - Blue Angels Skyhawk). C651 is not available on Citizen website, but you can use Calibre C650 instructions. Download PDF manual and follow instructions on page 3. They are pretty detailed, so take your time, and you should be successful. If you don't have the manual, Try this link:
http://www.citizenwatches.com.au/instruction-manuals

Take the four-digit Calibre number (C651 or C650 in this case) from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions/manual.
I hope this helps you. Thanks, Bill

The hour hand is not matching up with the digital time

Hi this means that the hour hand has slipped on its shaft, the watch needs to be taken apart and the hand removed and retightened and then reset in the correct position. It was probably caused by a sharp knock
You will need to go to a watchmaker for this
Cheers

I can't get the clock hands to correspond with the digital time.

You must set the "Zero" position for your watch. Follow the instructions at this address and your problem should be corrected.
