I also have the same set and i think its the picture tub has a short it it mine is doing the same thing but mine will play the picture for like 5 seconds

Check the cables, makes sure all connections are still snug. If your using HDMI, try swapping it out for one you know works. There are a lot of lemons out there.
if the screen is a dull deep blue and you hear audio perfectly its probably the Main board. If the screen is dark but you hear audio perfectly it would be the inverter. If you dont hear any audio then its the main board. You can get free assistance to determine which one it is as well as relacement boards from www.tvrepairworld.com
You may need to change the video input. I'm not sure what type of connection you have, but change the inputs to see if an image appears. It's likely that you're just on the wrong input.
gud day..ur tv needs a qualified serviceman.. maybe in the video setion of the PCB theres a coroaded solder..you need a soldering iron and lead to reinforce the coroded terminals..ty
