It says condensation and wont work

This normally is cause from of course condensation got wet or damp, and some times it is just that the tape area needs cleaning. Best thing first is try to new tape, then of course make sure it is dry, leave cover open and camera in warm area, if not then needs cleaning. mike

Camera dropped and lens is stuck one day i tried to make a video on my camera but then it fell and now the lense is stuck and when i turn it on it wont come out and when i turn it off it wont close

this may sound drastic but, grab the lens and try manualy realigning. If you hear a grinding noise the lens assembly has to be replaced. Flat rate from sony is usually pretty reasonable. Hope this helps.

Camera wont turn on, has Fresh batteries

Had the same problem, replaced the regular Alkaline batteries with NiMH rechargeables and it works. Must be something in the in camera battery settings. It still wont work with regular alkalines. Go Figure.

Take the camcorder to an authorised service center. They will have to open the camera up and have to manualy operate the mechanics to have an ejection of the tape. Most likely there is a failure in the camera that will have to be maintenenaced.
