The rollers are sticky, clean the rollers with methylated spirits.

make sure you have the right paper size settings. The paper loaded in the tray might be shorter than the setting in the document. Check also the output size in printer setting.

This is a rebadged Brother Printer.

Possible causes for a solid black output:
1 Corona failure
Is the corona wire dirty?
Clean the corona wire with the wire cleaner.

2 Corona wire broken?
Replace the drum unit

3 Are the charge electrodes between the printer body and
the drum unit dirty?
Clean both electrodes.

4 Harness connections?
Is the laser unit connected to the main PCB correctly?
Connect the harness between the laser unit and the main PCB
correctly.

5 High-voltage power supply PCB failure
Is the problem solved after replacing the high-voltage
power supply PCB?
Replace the highvoltage power supply PCB.

6 Main PCB failure
Is the problem solved after replacing the main PCB?
Replace the main PCB.

7 Laser unit failure
Is the problem solved after replacing the laser unit?
Replace the laser unit.

May be problem on mother board or toner unite.
If it self change toner .

This printer have a sensor to remind the user when using a wrong paper size.

If you still using a paper that not the same with your software settings, it's still reminds you.

I solve this promblem by after print my works I just press "Cancel Jobs" button to clear a data.

I actually haven't solved the original problem, but am using copy paste onto word and then printing it.

Make sure the machine and the driver are set for A3 . Most likely the paper tray, or setting in the menu are not correct.
Or the driver paper size is not correct.
