If you are trying to connect to MSN, Hotmail, or Office Live Small Business accounts using Outlook 2007, you will have to select HTML instead of the SMTP or POP settings

Cant recieve emails

Who is your email provided by? AT&T? Yahoo? Hotmail? Gmail?

You need to go to www.google.com and in the search box type your provider and search for the settings that should go with outlook express. For example if my email is provided through Yahoo. I would type in the search box "yahoo mail and outlook express". You will see how to configure the PoP3 and SMTP for sending and receiving mail through outlook.

Before doing all that it just seems like your problem might be that you have the wrong password in the outlook setup for PoP3. Edit your settings in Outlook and make sure you have the correct password. I think you click tools or edit when you have outlook open to get to the email accounts and edit the settings. Do this first and you can test it to see if it is working.

I am running outlook 2007 in Windows 7. I can receive email, but cannot send emails

That would be a mail server setting in Outlook. You'll need to use the correct email server and login info from your ISP. Odds are, your account credentials/logins are being rejected or you're not using the correct port for the server.
I'd go to your ISP's site and look how to set up IMAP or POP3 in Outlook. :)

Can not send emails thru microsoft outlook

Assuming that you have entered the correct details for your email account and assuming it is a pop3 account the most likely thing is that you need to change the option in the more settings.

Select Tools / Account Settings.
Double click on the account you are having a problem with sending.
Clcik on More Settings
Select the Outgoing Server Tab and check the 'Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail.'
Select the Advanced Tab and set the 'Use the following type of encrypted connection' from None to Auto.
Click OK to save and retry send.

Need 2 enable pop3 dont know what 2 do says i need this 2 send and recieve emails via outlook express

You have to go to the website of your internet provider and find the email server information. Then you open outlook express, click on account setup and enter the server information.

I can do this for you for a fee of $14.95. My email address is [email protected]. You can create a free email account at yahoo (web based) and contact me by email

Outgoing message does not go with Outlook 2007

It sounds like your SMTP settings are incorrect, if you are using a POP3 service, it can connect and download your email, but most ISP Mail SMTP servers dont allow outgoing mail from another ISP.

Example, I have a charter.net email account but I have wireless hometown as my ISP, so I have to set my POP3 settings to my charter.net account (incoming messages) and my SMTP settings to wireless hometown smtp server for (outgoing mail)

My Outlook Express Won't work

Sounds like it's self explanatory. Perhaps Hotmail is no longer free for Outlook Express. If you would like to use Outlook Express as your defautl email client and use a POP3 based email account, may I refer you to www.hotpop.com? You can apply for a free POP3 email account which you can set up to run with your Outlook Express. You may also want to check into www.gmail.com. They support web based inboxes as well as POP3 configuration for your Outlook Express.
