I cloged a drain

your drain hose cloged clean out drain hose restart it then see what happens.

Front load washer will not spin if the water is not draining out of the machine.

This would be the most common problem. The clean out could be cloged or the drain pump could be bad.

had this problem so husband opened front bottom pannel and drain was cloged bad. the maker should have made a filter to solve this problem. after cleaning it worked fine till now getting f11 code.

I fixed one of these with a drain problem not long ago. Their was a shoestring in the pump. To get to the pump you remove the front cover. The pump comes apart easily for cleaning. Have your mop ready. This old school manual gives directions for removing the front panel. The top does not pop off the front pops off on these washer.

graying of clothes is usualy caused by / serveral things . too much soap / washer not rinsing properly / and gas dryers. change your dergt. use one with a bleach in it . and use 2nd rinse ( cold water ) make sure washer drains wash water completly . do this by cking the drain pump clean out .. if cloged it will slow the drain cycle and you will be rinsing with the wash water . also use H E dergt. . if dergt is still in clothes when drying this turns nylon yellow and whites gray .. .also seperate colors . and whites .. **** ..

felter may be cloged excess from lower panel have bucket and towels in hand keep felters clean also you can check drain hose

Does the unit stop and display any error code(s)? Is it noisy in Spin? If yes to either your pump drain screen is likely cloged/restricted and the pump itself could be damaged.

AND/OR
Drain hose is pushed to far down into drain stack. This can cause a syphon effect were water drains while the unit is filling.

there s a"button trap" located on the side of your pump assy, behind the lower acess panel ( youll need to remove 3 torx 20 screws from the from bottom of machine ) after emoving the panel oull see the clean out directly in forn t of you. BE WARNED THERE WILL BE WATER behind that acess point grab a towle!!!!
cloges with debris and such preventing good draining!!

the f1 code turned into a f21 code. if you take off the front panel of the washer the manuel is in there it tells you how to reset it by pushing 4secs, releasing 4 secs for three times. To fix the F21 code unscrew the white drain after taking the front panel off and clean the drain. it will be cloged with lint, coins, bobby pins and whatever else can fit in there. LOL 10 minutes and it will be fixed like mine was, hopefully.
