There's no Anycom manual at that link - just a product preview for a company called Cesium Telecom. (It does mention the HCC-500 with a blurb, but that's all). Does anyone have the actual manual? (And before you mention the Mediafire link for it, check it - the only one I've seen no longer works.)

A rechargable Li-Polymer battery should be included with a charger for it when you bought it.

Note:
It is recommended to charge your Car-Kit when it is not in use.
Please note that "inserting" charger will cause a device reset. However, when the Car-Kit is in charging (the charger has been inserted), the Car-Kit is in normal

Just push the button for a long time until the led is not flashing but the colors of the led are changing red and green. I connected it to my laptop and my phone too.

Need to find process to put Anycom HCC-250 device into discovery mode for pairing.

the device must be off. push the power button for at least 6 seconds until the lights turn on blinking red and blue. then you may start in searchmode with your desired device.
Connection code is 0000

I have this solar unit as well. Default pairing code is 0000 (four zeros). Just tried it on mine and it worked.
