Go to http://support.sharp.net.au/drivers/ then go to photocopieres, from there scroll down through the models and download the driver for ar 163 and install it and try to print this will resolve your problem , if any quries feel free to contact , rate this and vote for this after getting your problem resolved
you will ahve to set this in the print properties when you select print on the file option go to paper and select bypass if you are using this tray and original size will be A4 print size will have to be set to A3
From the Printers & Faxes window, check in the i9950 Printing Preferences, Page Setup tab, for the following settings:
Page Size and Printer Paper Size are both set for the same size (both A4 or both A3).
Printing Type is set for Normal-size Printing
The graphic on the left should now show A4 (or A3) and Normal-size Printing in the legend.
Once that is set, verify from the application you're printing from that these settings are not being changed by the application (Preferences button in the print dialog box).
