Where can I get replacement parts for my Graco Travel Lite crib?

Turn the cot on its side and check to ensure that the large slide-and-turn part in the middle is turned.

Call Graco and complain. One of our customers got a free one sent to them!
You have to make sure the floor of your travellite is up in the middle (look for a pull strap).
We call it a volcano. If the bottom/floor isnt up you cant pull the sides up
or release them to go down.

Your model number and serial number should be on a sticker at the center of the bottom.

The safest way to go to ensure the safety of your child would be to contact Graco they can supply you with the instructions I am not to sure if it is free but that really is not important. Explain that you were given the bassinet as a gift and no instructions came with the item.

If you go to the Graco website, there is a link to order replacement parts. When you click on that link, you only see options for infant car seat bases, play yard and crib sheets, locking clip, and toys. However, to the right side of the screen, you can enter the model number and serial number or manufacture date of the travel system. I wasn't sure of your exact travel system, since the site didn't show an option for Mocha, and since the Quattro is available in Quattro Tour and Quattro Tour Deluxe. However, I did manage to find this list of replacement parts for the Quattro Tour system in Lattice. You should be able to use the replacement parts link to customize your search for parts to your exact travel system.
