Turn off monitor, hold down the menu button, turn the monitor back on, release the menu button after 10-20 seconds. Your Iiyama screen will now be unlocked.
When the OSD is locked, settings cannot be changed in the OSD menu. The OSD functionality is enabled or disabled by pressing the Menu button and holding it for 10 seconds. When disabling the OSD, an OSD Lock-out message is displayed for 10 seconds. When the OSD is locked and an OSD menu button is pressed, the OSD Lock-out message is displayed for an additional 10 seconds. When the OSD is locked, pressing the OSD menu button for 10 seconds unlocks the OSD and displays the main menu.
Testimonial: "Once I figured out what button to push, It worked great! Thank You!"
Just the menue button didn't do it for me but to use my hand palm covering all menue buttons at once did with the 20 secs :-) - so, thanks for pointing in the right direction so I could finish the way.
need to add: my power button got accidentially locked by me while moving the screen yesterday so that I had to figure out how to unlock it again. Now I am able to switch the screen off after work which I couldn't do yesterday. Again, thank you both.
Holding them all did the trick finally for me. Thanks Sylke.
Hi Daniel, You're welcome and I'm glad it was helping.
