Just wondering what the code FA means and the red Aquasure light appearing. It comes just after i press start. Any help would be appreciated!!
Try tilting machine forward, if you get a dribble of water there is a leak inside some where. The dribble of water you see sits in a pan and sets off aquasure sensor and stops machine to prevent flooding.

Yeah me too, it starts off as F09 then goes to FA. We've had it looked at already and it was fixed briefly, but its started again. I've tried turning it off at the wall, trying just a rinse and drain cycle, letting it sit for an hour...nothing changed. It was fine yesterday.
tried draining yep had toooo many bubbles!! Now what?
I have the F9/FA problem on my front loader 6th sense Whirlpool washer. (AWM 8143 6kg).
I've opened the round cover for the filter, removed it, checked the propeller thingy spins etc. Nothing caught in there. Replaced it, poured 500ml water into the soap dispenser (as per the manual) and it still doesn't work.
It starts with water entering the drum (I can see it going in) but after 10 secs it stops and the error comes up - F09.
A few times while trying different things (draining, "rebooting" etc) the FA error has come up but is soon replaced by F09 again.
I have not had it work since this error first came up.
Started when the soap dispenser was clogged and water/soap flakes (my husband put flakes in by mistake) started pouring out the dispenser drawer. Unclogged the soap build up behind the drawer and poured some hot water down the hole to clear any other build up.
Any ideas?
