Your model is a direct drive and pump has no wires. It is driven by the front motor shaft. If it is indeed spinning, then replace Pump. If it is agitating / washing but not spinning, replace lid switch.
Also it could be the lid switch which signals drain pump that lid is closed and no risk of injury to any one you can by pass the lid switch but do not recommend it
Tilt it on it's side (once you drain it, using a shop vac). Locate the drain hose, it's connected to the pump. Remove hose, See if anything is blocking the exit.
While it's on its side, check and see if your "movers" (Which probably means means uncle bob and his beer buddy roy) might have disconnected and wires leadign the the pump... 99.999% of connectors are simple push on type.

SOURCE: Just moved. New washer leaks water and appears tub is off center
CHECK THE BALANCE SPRING LOCATED (INSIDE LEFT REAR OF MACHINE). IF SPRING IS OFF IT CAN CAUSE THE TUB TO TILT TOWARD THE FRONT AND THE TUB FILL HOOD WILL NOT BE OVER THE TUB DURING FILLING OR THE TUB WILL BE ERATIC DURING THE SPIN WHEN RINSE WATER IS SPAYING IN CAUSE ING THE WATER TO MISS THE TUB AND SPRAY OUTSIDE. THIS IS COMMON IF THE UNIT HAS BEEN MOVED OR PLACED ON IT'S SIDE OR CARRIED AT EXTREME ANGLE.
SOURCE: Washer won't spin, but making funny noise and water drains
You have a broke motor coupling broken between the motor and transmission the part is not expencive but a little hard to explain how to put it in.
SOURCE: Whirlpool washer does not spin, water drains but does not spin.
That would be your "motor to transmission coupling go to www.repairclinic.com and enter your model number. It will show you what the part looks like. It will be the first part you see when you get there.
SOURCE: Water leaking from bottom
Replace water pump. Common problem. Unscrew the control panel ,two screws on each end. Flip control panel over and unsnap gold brackets from base to the back. Lift up housing and disconnect lid switch, remove housing. The water pump is in the front lower that has two hoses , disconnect hoses and unsnap pump. My sister fixed hers in about 25 minutes.

Sounds like the drive belt is broken or very loose. Take off the back and check the belt. If loose or missing, tighten or replace. This is usually done by loosening the motor support bolts and moving the motor until the belt is tight, then re-tighten the bolts. Replace belt in the same way.
