Can't see why not.If its like a kettle lead and unplugs from the back just replace it with one that has the same amp fuse in it.They can be picked up very cheaply.Maybe its just the fuse gone on the original?if so just replace it very cheaply.
Your Sony CDF-E75 does not require external power adaptor; it has an AC power input so you can plug here the included power cable. Do you need the power cable or do you need the internal transformer?

Your local Radio Shack store sells all types of replacement appliance cord sets. Since you lost your cord and didn't just damage it, ideally bring the radio (or a photo of the power jack on it if unable) to the store so it can be matched. There are several different types - and some look very similar - but won't fit properly.
